Small Cold Room
All components of this compact cold room are designed and pre-fabricated for easy assembly and disassembly, making the system flexible for relocation or modification.
The inner foam of this PU panel is specially modulated by us. Through the American Intertek thermal resistance test, the thermal conductivity reaches 0.018, resulting in a better insulation performance.

Installation Video
Step 1: Install the Floor Panel
- Place the floor panel on the prepared flat surface. Align the edges and lock the panels together using the cam-lock system.
Step 2: Install the Wall Panels and Door
- Assembling wall panels and doors by connecting them to the floor panel using cam-locks.
Step 3: Install the Roof Panel and Remaining Wall Panels
- Finish the assembly by adding the roof panels and other remaining wall panels.
Step 4: Connect the Lighting Wire
- Connect the light wire to the designated wire storage box.
Additional Notes
- The cold room shown in our demonstration video features two doors to showcase different slope configurations.
- All panels are connected using cam-locks and sealed with odor-free sealing strips — no need for sealing glue.
